Business Philosophy
We professionally manage our properties and maintain them in great condition. Additionally, we lease
our units to qualified, respectful, and responsible tenants who take pride in their living environment and honor their lease
agreements. These objectives minimize necessary maintenance, and therefore, we are able to provide maintenance as required
and address immediate issues in a prompt and professional manner. This in turn provides clean, safe, and turn-key
units to our tenants providing them the best value for their dollar. Many tenants renew their lease and stay
for three years or longer!
About the Owners
The owners are native New Mexicans and business professionals working in and around northern New Mexico.
They enjoy Santa Fe and all it has to offer and they are thankful for this privilege. As a result, they desire
to contribute to the quality of life that is the essence of the City Different so that others may also enjoy Santa Fe living.
One way to do this is by using their passion for real estate to provide quality homes to those who choose to make
New Mexico their home.
